Content Standards

Accuracy

Content must be factually accurate.

Objectiveness

Content should be written in a manner that is as neutral and objective as possible.

Concision

Content must be written as concisely and succinctly as possible. Where an article is part of an AP course, it should be written in a manner which includes only the information necessary to succeed on that AP course.

Style

Content should be written in whatever way is best understandable to the reader; there is no definite style with which content should be written. At minimum, however, written content must reflect the standards and conventions of the English language.

Originality

Originality is of the upmost importance. Content plagiarised from another source is strictly forbidden. AI may be used to a limited extent to refine or improve an article, but may not be used as the sole source of information.

Alignment (AP only)

An AP topic must be aligned with its corresponding Course and Exam Description (CED).
